Process Service:

Standard Service (Includes 3 attempts at one address, first attempt within 72 hours of receiving documents and payment) – $95 (Additional fee for travel outside Seattle/Bellevue area may apply)

Rush Service (Includes 3 attempts per defendant at same address, first attempt within 48 hours of receiving documents) – $150

Same Day Service – Starting at $195, Call for availability

Serve by appointment (Includes 1 attempt at 1 address, client specifies place and time) – $150

Notarized Declaration/Notarized Proof of Service – $45, typically needed for out-of-state serves. Includes $10 WA notary fee.
